Our A/C went out while we were passing through Bowling Green on a road trip, and Champs got us in right away and had it fixed way faster than we expected. Everyone was friendly, honest, and treated us like valued customers instead of people just passing through. We were back on the road with cold air in no time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Champs to anyone needing auto repair. The A/C tech was John and he did a great job.

My F-150 needed an oil change. A friend recommended Champs. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I arrived a little early, and they were finished in about 35 to 40 minutes. The people were very cordial, and the price was right as well. At the local dealer, with an appointment, I would wait well over an hour.

I had a slow leak in a tire and went in recently. They plugged the tire (free of charge) and had me on my way in no time. I then ordered 4 new tires and easily scheduled an appointment for that. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands! I highly recommend Champs Goodyear for all your tire needs. And they also take care of mechanical needs across the street at their other shop. Good people you can trust to handle your vehicle needs!

I have never had a team of mechanics and administration work so well together. The communication is impressive. Dillon and his team are the only automotive group that I have met that are honest and trustworthy and seem to truly care how this breakdown has disrupted your life.They do what they say and say what they do ( Honesty).I have about eight or so vehicles in my family and it seems as though something always goes wrong with one at the worst possible time. No matter what the situation, Champs has impressed me every time with the best quality work and the fastest turnaround I could ask for. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try, you will not be disappointed !

As a single chick, a girl needs a reliable man or dependable automotive repair shop, I have the latter! 😉 And I’m more than ok with that! They provided me with quick responses, knowledgeable and quality service when I wanted to get new wheels and tires with some calipers 💙 and a at great price! I’ll keep coming back for more…but hopefully not for a little while !! Thank you for being a great business in BGKY!
